Company FD bought, Maturity amount not paid.

Name of company/service: AVON Corporation Ltd.

I have bought Company FD from “AVON Corporation Ltd” for rs. 20000/- which was matured in 1st June 2012. I have applied for closing FD but till date they have not paid. Every time I call they promising next month. Pls help.
