Hello sir/madam, I am Pritom Singh from Howrah, west bengal .I need to register my complain against tata Volta’s company. I bought a split ac 6 months ago on my mother name smt. Sipra Singh. I have the warranty period of the product till august 2018.
1 month ago in march 2018 ,I requested a service request as my ac did not working, technician came checked it and he said that its a compressor problem its need at least 4 days to repair I accepted the condition. But after this technician did not come till now not even give response on my phone. severel times I called on the tata voltas customer care no and severel times registered the complain and I also called the service franchise center but they also did not give the proper response.so, I requesting you to please register my complain as I am unablebto get the service from the tata voltas company and till my product is not working also.
