Company is denying for returnig the package of 10000 Rs.

I booked for a a subscription of a card at COLORS INDIA ,on
29-01 -2016.
Afterwards I received the parcel, I found that what they told through phone is different from the Email I received .So I cancelled through the phone the same day of booking.
They denied for the cancellation.

But I found the transaction got reflected in the recent bank statement. I do not want to pay for it.
So please help me to come out of the problem please finish the issue as early as possible.
They fraud me with 10000 Rs.
