My self Satish chander sharma from HNo.312 new plot jammu.sir my complaint is that from last 5 years i have face a problem that is are as under:-
1. My shop is in new plot jammu of S.T.D P.C.O shop near state motor garage.Now last 5 years my shop has been closed.In my shop no electricity meter is available.But meter reader told me that the charges of connection is payed as per flat rate.so There is no main line and no meter in shop .All information is available to meter reader given by me bt he did not take any necessary action .so as per my request sir so all my pending bill closed and cancel my bills as soon as possible.And barred my connection of shop.
And take action on this matter and give rewert and solve it.
