I filed a claim for refund of advance premium for 4 years 3 months against 5 years premium paid against insurance policy taken against Loan against Property through India Bulls. The policy nos. are number 4005/M/IHFL-HL/2041224/00/000 and 4013/Indiabulls-IHFL/372301/00/000. I have been sending emails since 20th March 2012 but the company is not refunding the premium for the reasons best known to them. They keep on asking one document or other and the last requirement (KYC) as per their wishes was emailed to them on 3rd June 2012 and hard copy was delivered to the concerned person on 11th June 2012 by Speed Post and thereafter it is complete silence.
