Compaint regarding a mobile purchased from Homeshop18.

Hello myself Parul Arora, i purchased a Micromax X650 Gravity mobile phone from HomeShop18. I placed the order on 18 July 2012 and got the delivery on 19 July 2012. The order number is 914431421. But i started facing problem since i received it. The mobile phone gets hot in 15-20 minutes of its use. The internet is working really slow and it doesn’t even support the photo downloads from the internet. I am facing huge problems because of this phone. I called homeshop18 customer car. And asked for its replacement with some other phone of some good company but they refused it. They said i should go to the service centre of micromax and get it repaired. This is utter nonsense. Just 2 days since i purchased this phone and homeshop18 people are telling me to take this phone to service centre. I get tensed whenever i try to operate this phone. I told the customer care executives that the internet facilities are poor and they told me i should talk to my service provider. My earlier phone had good net facilities and i never had any complaints. Homeshop18 is selling the products but are not ready to take responsibility in case of any default. The are shifting all the responsibilities on micromax and Me. I just want this phone to be replaced. I am in no mood to go to the service centre every now and then to get this phone repaired. This is mental torture. I Can’t buy another phone because of these people. My parents were in no mood to get me a new phone but they bought me this phone after i insisted them so much. Please help me get a new phone. This is mental torture for me.
