compaint declined against warrenty of dell inspiron mini laptops

I have purchased Dell inspiron mini laptop from a retailer (OXYGEN COMPUTERS)at Alleppey on 04-112011,And it is stated that one year on site warranty,today 3rd of October 2012 I called dell complaints that I have complaint with the key board,they say that your warranty has expired ,we can’t take this complaint. this is the clean case of cheating.I request to take necessary action
