Compaint against On Dot Courier

Name of company/service: On Dot Courier

This is regarding a courier that I dispatched last year on 28/12/11 to Delhi (99labels.com) from Anand, Gujarat. Although the online status of the courier seems to be delivered, the receiving party (99labels.com) denies receiving the same. Even after rigorous follow-up with the courier company via telephone & e-mails, they are unable to provide me with Proof of Delivery. Due to non-receipt of the courier at the intended destination, I could not get the refund of the money equivalent to the price of item + courier charges. The tracking ID of the shipment was : 619959324. Kindly help resolve this issue and get me my money back.

    I have sent a parcel on 23.10.13 via docket no. 317941711 from ashok vihar, delhi to faridabad but not yet delivered. Track record is also not available on net and also i am calling the company executives 15 times a day since last 4 days and did not get any satisfactory answer even a single time. whenever i call i have to listen that we don’t have your parcel call on other no.
    please look into matter otherwise i have to take some legal actions
