Myself Vivek Kumar Panchal have an account in HDFC bank of Account No. 09751140018757, Noida Sector 63. I had to withdrawn the amount of 2500/- from ATM on 3/06/2012 so I went to DCB ATM (Which is located Sector -9 Vijaynagar Ghaziabad)to withdrawn the same amount but due to some reason in ATM the amount was not withdrawn but after some time I got a massage on my mobile that the amount of 10,000/- was withdrawn from my account. I have my ATM card and pin no. with me. I have complaint the same to my HDFC bank and they locate the location and found that the amount was withdrawn from same DCB ATM. On 11/06/2012 the DCB bank has reversal the amount of Rs. 10,000/- in my account but on next day 12/06/2012 they drawn back of Rs. 10,000/- from my account. Bank told me that this was the valid withdrawn. But this withdrawal are not done by me. So I have given the FIR for the same to the near police station Vijaynager Ghaziabad to find out that person who has done this crime but not the bank as well as police doing anything.
I am sending the copy of FIR and the bank statement to you. Please take some action against this regard or give me suggestion how can I reach to that person who has done this crime.
