My microwave oven developed a problem and I lodged a complaint on 24.8.12. (complaint no.
RNA 120 8240 98075). Service Engineer attended on 25th and said that key pad has to be changed. He then came on 27th with keypad of other model. Then he took the old keypad and came on 28th and said that the part is not available and microwave is not repairable. I contacted customer care no. and was asked to contact someone on phone. I talked to her who gave me another no. of area manager. I contacted him who conveyed his inability to repair the appliance. He told that model has been discontinued and part is not available and company is not responsible after 5 years.I am shocked to hear this. Please look into the matter and advice what should I do with the microwave.
