dear sir

please refer to my complain DT -7 Aug 2013…Nothing has been done yet. I had received the bill again from them without any corrections.

I giving again the details of my case–

I am 70 years old man.My electric meter was damaged ,which is installed on the poll out side my house,hence they did not send me the bill of may 2012, When I went to their office they confirmed me that a new meter will be installed and than they will send the bills to me and till if any bill you don receive than not to worry as they will charge avg of three months bills after the installations of the new meter..
Later suddenly I recd the bills from them as per previous month. On my complain they said that this bil will be reviewed so do not worry. We will charge as per our system and in the coming months the bill will automatically get corrected. But it did not happen . In March 2013 suddenly they disconnected my electricity line. I went to electric office and requested them to restore the power. They refused and forced me to pay the amount. I brought some amount from my relatives and deposited the same and my line was restored.
But I made a written complain to them on 25.3.2013 Sl no-555. to revisit and revise my bills.

But till today they have not revised my bills.

In between again In june 2013 my meter was burnt. The same case happened.their man had visited my house inspected and told me that our consumption has been increased.I told him that we had not installed any new line for a single bulb since 2 years. You (the same person) had visited last time increased my consumption from 2.5 to 3.5 KW. and enhanced my bills.
Than I recd a bill now in which indicated no meter reading and based avg units(403) and debited 1210.00 extra.
On 31.7.2013 I got a final assessment order amounting Rs-1600+446.00 On asking them they are refusing to answer me properly and saying to pay the balance immediately, otherwise they will disconnect my Line.

I request you kindly to help me to solve this problem. I am from a middle class family,and my son always stay outside hence not able to counter them properly.So please help and please contact me at my Email address. Thanking you and Regards.

    Till toady after more than 30 days nothing has been done.

    Is this the service to the consumer is provided ?

    Please resolve my problem or please inform if you can not so that I will look for any other services.
