HI SIR/MADAM
This is Saral and i have purchased a HTC set on 14th may since then i am helpless suddenly my phone got switched off and i gave it to the customer care for repair and that lady told that its an hardware issue and the handset will get replaced by a new handset for which it is send to mumbai head office and i will have to wait for 15 days but its almost 20 days and i had not got any calls .
Today when i spoke with your customer care your customer care representative MR. ROHIT TIWARI told thats its in banglore only and the status shows under repair and its in banglore only and to visit the service center for further clarification
I had not used the handset for a month still i will have to pay the EMI amount which hurts me a lot
Due to this kind of behaviour, I feel being cheated by HTC and Hence I have no other option than to write in CONSUMER FORUM
Donot hold me responsible for the same and there was certainly unprofessionalism from
your side.
