Closure of salary account on their own by uni lateral decision due to return of ECS

Dear Sir,

I am working in Huawei Telecommunication India Pvt.Ltd which is a chinese multi-national telecom company and i got an salary account in HSBC ,Juhu Vile Parle ,Mumbai branch from Huawei 3 yrs back.
I have given a mandate of my ICICI Homeloan emi through this account.Due to some unavoidable circumstances my 3 ECS were got returened from the bank account.
HSBC bank has sent me a letter in the month of feb 2013 saying that they will be closing my salary account at the end of feb 2013 on their own due to return of ECS. I think bank is taking uni lateral action against the customer.I agree that ECS had been returned but i wrote to bank that i am ready to give an undertaking that in future no ECS will get return from bank account.
As this account is my salary account and if bank closes this account then my company will not be able to credit my monthly salary and i will be in big trouble and it will be threat to my self and my family.
