Dear Sir,
Please note that the SAI AUTOWORLD,NOIDA which was the authorized dealer and service center has closed without any notice to the customers. Even SUZUKI ACCESS have not taken any pains to inform the customers about the non availability of their services.Not to mention that there is no authorized service center other than this in NOIDA.
I bought SUZUKI ACCESS 125 in 2012 (UP 16AJ-5094)and as per the service policy, last service was done in May’13. Now, I have no where to go for availing the free as well as paid services. The service centres in Ghaziabad and Delhi are very far off and are an unviable option to the Noida Customers.
In such a situation, please let me know IMMEDIATELY as to what arrangement is being made:
1.To provide viable services to the customer within the 2 yr warranty period.
2.Making an arrangement with the existing service centres in Noida for taking care of the customers of Suzuki Access.
3.To reimburse the cost of servicing if the customers prefer nearby private service centres.
It should be understood that a decision to buy Suzuki Access 125 was made on the basis of promixity to the residence for the sake of servicing and the expertize of your company.It is understood that servicing within the specified period is an essential requirement to keep the vehicle in good working condition and we as customers are being denied this requirement by none other than SUZUKI ACCESS. The customers cannot be taken for granted and can not be left out to manage themselves at least in Warranty Period as per the legalities too.
In case, you fail to provide satisfaction to the customers like me within their warranty period by providing viable mobile servicing at door steps or any other viable option (not servicing in Ghaziabad or Delhi),I shall be constrained to take the matter to the consumer court and various online consumer forums which will not only tarnish your image but will adversely impact its sales too.
