clik2pick.com debited my money and cancelled my order

I ordered for Catwalk Sandals online on clik2pick.com worth Rs.899. The amount is debited from my account whereas the status of my order in their website is marked as cancelled. The phone number that they have published in their website as their contact number is not working. They are not responding to my emails also. I placed the order on October 1st, 2013. Order number is #1701.
