This is an incident of 17-11-2013,I got a call from click2employment.com sales executive (as she told :anamika) at which she told me to register at their website and they will help in getting jobs.Read below for detail: getha called me in the morning around am, asked me to register for a paid membership with their company “click2employment.com” through their website “www.Click2employment.Com” she forwarded the call to some guy named rahul, he explained me the process and asked me to register online and guided me to pay the amount. I took an assurance from him if that was the final fees and there are no other charges, to which he said “yes” he explained me about the “resume blaze” and told me that the documents will be verified after the payment and registration. I got convinced, since I was terribly looking for a job. I paid around 1704 inr from my SBI bank account. He said now your documents will be verified. He forwarded the call to some senior guy named pradeep. He asked me to pay 3500 inr. I asked him to cancel my registration and refund my my amount because I was very pissed at this as they had promised there would be no further payment. I talked to rahul again and he said he made a mistake and he apologized for the same and asked me to make the payment or else the process wouldn’t continue and he denied to refund back my amount. Then I asked him to forward the call to his senior. He forwarded the call to vishal. He said the same thing and apologized and gave me an assitance of humanity etc. And asked me to pay the required amount. I was so frustrated, so had no choice but to make further payment. I further paid the amount 3500 inr from my sbi bank account. After the payment, he told me to be on hold and then he returned and said he will give me an email ID and asked me to send documents there. The call was put on hold. Again a new guy picked up the phone,and this guy said he will help me in further process and then I was asked to pay 1500 inr, and he said this is second step. I was so pissed and I asked them to give me their address. They gave me their address: click2resume services private limited D-101, sector-63 noida-201301, u.P. India. I asked them to make me talk to vishal and rahul, as he told me that I dont have to pay any further amount. Then he said, they left the office. I told I will meet you personally and give the payment, he said it cant be given in cash, you have to pay online. I said, this is fraud and he laughed at me and said, “no! it is not sir. Tomorrow is sunday so we are closed. We can talk on monday”. He pressurized me really bad, asked me to make the payment the very same day otherwise my money will go waste. This is a big fraud company and these people should be put behind bars and severely punished. They are looting innocent and poor job seekers. I request grahak seva kendra to take an immediate action against this company and take them for a strict enquiry and punish them. sir totally i lost 18500 sir plz take any action sir,now they blocked my number also
