I have purchased a new kenstar tower cooler on 16th May,2014. It was worth Rs.7200/- and the warranty period of that product is 1(one) year. Within first two months the machine wasn’t working properly, then I called the Kenstar customer care. A man from their company came and after examining it he told that the machine has to be send to the workshop carried out by the customer. Again I called the customer care after few days, a mechanic came and told me that the motor has to be changed. After few days a man from their company came and changed the motor. After changigng the motor the cooler was running properly. Then after 3 months of working, I was facing the same problem as before till now. Therefore, within 1 year warranty period I faced the same problem repeteadly. So I amn’t satisfied of the product and I want my money back against replacement.
