Dear Sir,
I have taken a car insurance(online) a few months ago from Royal Sundaram Insurance pvt Ltd., When i made a claim, they are telling that i cannot make the claim because of some wrong data provided by me at the time of taking the policy. When i tried to cancel my policy, they said they cannot cancel my policy as i have to take a new polcy. How can i take a new policy without cancelling this. Why they are telling me that i have provided wrong data at the time of my claim. If i provide any wrong data, they should check it before issuing the policy to me and alert me about that.
