This is in reference with my claim no -OR/1/149/222 in suneeta kumari w/o sudhir Kumar Singh. i had filed a mediclaim of RS.22681/- for which has deposited all hospital bill and discharge summery ( Date of admit 22.10.10 to date of discharge 30.10.10) . I have made a complaint for same on 10 & 13 sep 2011 through Email @ [email protected] or [email protected]
but the matter is not yet resolved.
Midi claim filed within 30 days at the time of pouching of mediclaim but TPA deny it.
(TPA reply 15th Sep 2011 that – :
It has been observed that the Patient has submitted claim papers on 12/11/2010 for the hospitalization period from 22/10/2010 – 30/10/2010 i.e. after 13 days of Hospitalization. The delay has been not justified to the scope of the policy)
