One agent of Cityshine finance pvt.Ltd Mr.Rohan call me for taking loan from his company, when I go for loan and I also submit my documents and he told me that there will be 5000 rs for file charge and I submitted 5000 rs then after 2/3 days he told me that now you have to submit 20,000 for security fees then I submitted that money also but now he is fooling me he is saying that you are can’t take loan, and even he is not refunding my money.
I ask for my money back then he told me that money will not refund.
