Dear Sir
I would like to draw your kind notice that recently while checking the CIBIL score I found that I had a balance overdue from Phoenix arc. As per my knowledge I have never used phoenix card.And I never got a single reminder of the balance till now
My humble request is that please help me to have proper justice so that they remove my name from CIBIL report.
Your immediate intervention in this matter is solicited.
