This has reference to my Bill No. 354459013844 dated 07.08.2012 amounting Rs. 1548.32/- for the period of 07.07.2012 to 06.08.2012 for the usage of my 3G tab. You are very well aware that I have already deposited my yearly rental to you as per your scheme.
In this regard, I would like to mention that my reliance 3G tab is not working for the last 2 months. I had gone to your reliance service centre Adonis Electronic Pvt. Ltd. Baishoya Complex Ground Floor, Sector-15 Noida ( U. P. ) as well as I have sent e-mail to your [email protected] also. However, I regret to mention that neither any responses from your side came to me nor any technician turned up to me to sort out my tab’s problem, which is also harassing me every day.
In view of above, I hope that no bill should be imposed upon me as neither I have utilized your services nor I am getting any satisfaction for the services regarding customer care from your end.
You are once again requested to wave off this bill from account because you have failed to provide me any services for the mentioned period in above -said bill and take the corrective measures to repair my 3G tab and sort our my issue to that I can avail the facility your services, Else I will be forced to lodge the complaint in consumer court against Reliance 3G Tab.
