chetting by the online shopping company

i had placed an order for a power bank in Bazaar.ninja.on 28th march 2016 i had received the product but it was a defect item.after receiving the product it was not getting charging.so at the same time i had lounged a complain to the website by sending mail.after that i got a mail from them saying that they will do the pickup of the product with in 5-7 working days.but till now the pick up is not done.whenever i called them they are saying that they will do the pick up.but its already 9 days pass the pick up is not done.and i clearly told them that i will not available in this address after 5th April 2016 because i am going to my native place Assam and no one will be there to give them the product.so i request them to send the replacement to my native place Assam but they don’t have the delivery option in Assam also and they are not ready to give me the refund of the amount also.that means neither they are going to picking up the product nor going to send the replacement also.it is totally cheating in online market and they are doing earning illegal money from the customers.
so i request you all to do needful.and seal the company who is doing cheating with customers.
