Me & My Cousine Booked a flat with Ganesh Kamal Developers in Pune before 1 year, as bank refused loan on this project, so we cancelled the flat on 25-May-11,
Booking amt was 1.25 Lac, out of they have cleared payment of 50K, but now Cheque of 75K are still not cleared, bounce 4 times, & Builder is not responding on phone & also not available in his office, We want to file case with Consumer court, so kindly help in this regards,
