Cheeting with Customers

Hi Sir/Mam,
I want to raise an issue of Spice mobile Phone Blueberry Express QT61. I parched it on 24th Aug-2012. And from the receiving day I’d problem with Charger & Battery as well. Which I submitted to Gurgaon service centre on 16th Jan-2013. And I received 1 stand by Spice M3636 mobile phone which I already return them (Find in attachment). Than they made another request for phone which having issue with Software. And its pending from last 7 months. As of now complete warranty period has lost during this period. In every week I visited on service centre. But no any serious action seems to taken by them. Its not only who is having this kind of problem, while I meet with a number of person whoever problem is persist from some of months. Now its cross the limit when they are asking the same stand by phone which is already been submitted in service centre. Multiples of time I call to care centre again & again but I got very poor service from their side. Then I followed up on my mail (Attaching same) and they are asking some of paper which I didn’t get during mobile submission. I asked to executive for escalation matrix, so that I can go further with issue but didn’t get reply from their side. Requesting you to please help me out on this issue. A quick response would be really appreciable.
