cheatting by miss guid me

Location/place: c/o.ml.khattar, near batra cinema ,dr mukherjee nagar new delhi

Name of company/service: idea

on 12 jun i receive a call from idea customer care they tell me that they have a very good plan for me in post paid connection. so when i ask they tell me that me cheap call rate and tell me their plan as power 199 which give 600 minute local+std free minute,400 sms local + national, and when these free minute complete apply 20 paise local, 30 paise std, 50paise during roaming. but when i applied they give me 1000 second only on 199 plan.
when i contact customer care they refuse me and tell that this type of not available there .
i complaint many time but they refuse me again and again.
my complain no.is c1-3015586873
they call me from a personal no. because i hava dnd on my no. and that no is +919289708924 and tell me her name as neha from rohini delhi

    i tried many time on customer care help line as well nearest idea show room bt they tell that only first time on mnc you get this profit do you should with this current plan for minimum 3 month.
    bt why i pay more call rate and more money. why they tell me lie if they have not like this plan. i will be better that i survive with airtel as prepaid connection with lacal airtel to airtel 10 paise per minute and on other local 30 paise per minute and std 40 paise per minute

    i am very much irritate because my un billed amont reached above more then 500 and i have max limit 800

    Know idea send me a 805 rupees bill for ten days and they apply per second charge as 1.5 paise per sec it means 90 paise per minute before mnc in airtel.i paid 40 paise per second post
    i switch my number in idea becase they tell me that they have a best plan for me as 20 paise per minute local and 30 paise per second std but know they refuse me and give a bill with 90 paise per minute

    Why not contact made by any company representative ?
    can i changed my number with out paying bill ?
    I try to contact many time at idea help line but always they refuse me and tell that its companys fault but you should pay bill and they barred my number

    I want yo idea cellular that if they not send me a proper bill i unable to pay like these fake bill
