Hi, I have purchased few products from Star CJ. Then we have purchased a birla food processor which was broken when it reached our place. We immediately submit a complaint with Star CJ and they commited to refund money in 15 days but despite of regular followups and calls they didn’t even turned up. everytime we call to their customer care department they keep on saying that we are processing your refund request but nothing happend and now these guys have started holding the line or disconnecting the calls when they got to know that we are calling.
