Cheating with the customer

Location/place: Korba, CG

Name of company/service: Airtel DTH

I am a Customer of Airtel DTH. Since one month I am not getting the Channel properly. The company says the “Dish” is required to migration which will be done by the company. I call several times but they are cheating till today and deducting my account my account daily.
I request you to do the some needful action.
