CHEATING WITH THE CONSUMERS

Name of company/service: DISH TV

Dear Consumer Forum,

1. I dish tv true HD connection last yr 2011. In Feb 2012 i got my subscription renewed for one yr with ROYALE HD PACKAGE.
2. On 21 Jun 2012, Dish TV discontinued with four of its HD channels. On contacting them they said that these channels have been removed from my base package and to get those channels i have to pay more whereas in Feb 2012 i have already paid for these channels for duration of one year.
3. This is a real case of fraud and cheating with the consumer.
4. Request if the complaint can be lodged against DISH TV for the same.

    I have the same complaint against DIST TV. I have lodged the same thing with the consumer forum. This is absolute fraud.
