Cheating with passengers

&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Location/place&lt;/b&gt;: Jalgaon&lt;/p&gt;<p><b>Name of company/service</b>: Shree Prasann Travels</p>We have booked two A/C sleeper tickets from Shree Prasann Travels Jalgaon to Boriwali on 23.5.13.Seat no9&10.Bus departure time was 8:20.Passenger name Harsha sampat&Jasmine Sampat.In whole journey the bus A/C was kept off making excues they have not started A/C even after they have charged for A/C tickets which are nearly double from normal tickets.Ticket fare was 700/person.When we complained about this incident at travels office they gave us very unsatisfactory answers & they were not even spoked mannerlessly & refused to refund the difference amount.They have not only cheated us but cheated with all the passengers in the bus. Bus number was MH04-5436.Bus name was Gitanjali.Proprietor name is Kedarnath somani-02572228643,02572224401,025722240621.Please take legal action in such cheat case…Our number is 9923516730.
