Cheating with Customer

Location/place: Mumbai

Name of company/service: Tatasky DTH Service

I purchased Tatasky DTH connection in May 2007 with ID: 1005537582 . But now seventh day before some problem in my set up box. Now Tatasky person is telling , you have to purchase new setup box of Rs.999 because your connection is 5 year old.
My question is: There is nothing mentioned in term and condition and never give any information in last 5 year from Tatasky that after 5 yaer you have to buy new setup box. How can Tatasky demand for new connection , its not necessary everyone have money in every time.
Tata sky is not ready to repair my previous setup box.
Please help me.

    hey customer…i have been been facing the same problem as you..they even attended me once but havent done anything abut it and now they are saying the same as you..i think tata sky is the worst dth service ever and we all shld do sumthing abut this cos many are facing dis problem
