Hi Team,
Recently i have brought new chine made from the flipkart by looking at 30 day replacement guaranty in flipkart website. I have decided to bye that mobile by having faith in flipkart that if anything wrong happen, then flipkart will take care of replacement. Unfortunately i received defective phone may be the fact that flipkart does not validate the buyer before they appoint any vendor.
Flipkart was responsible to selling me this defective phone as they does validate the vendor. However when i asked for the replacement, flipkart refused to provide me any replacement or reimbursement.
I am very much disappointed by the Indian company services. Henceforth i would prefer Amazone website to buy any product as they are very genuine for there customer service.
Please help to me get replacement/refund from the flipkart.
I would suggest not buy any product from flipkart even if they claim for 6 month replacement guaranty as they are not going to provide any refund or replacement.
Phone which i received from flipkart is just like bomb as gets heated so badly and there are many defect in the same mobile.
Please help.
