Cheating us by providing poor hotels and denying the refund

Sir/Madam,

Here I am about to discuss the poor customer response of Cleartrip.com.
This is regarding the trip id:1501236982.
Actually, my parents booked hotel for Deoghar via Cleartrip for ‘4 nights’. They provided us the hotel named ‘ Hotel Saurabh International’. My parents reached there by evening. They found that the hotel is dirty, unhygienic and service of the hotel was very very poor.
So, next day, my parents left the hotel early morning and went to another one which was cheaper and much cleaner.
Meanwhile, I keep contacting Cleartrip customer service, to ask the refund of ‘3 days’ as these days my parents were staying in different hotel. But they are simply denying to refund and asking for ‘snapshot’ of the hotel. I wonder, is this always possible to take a snapshot while you are leaving a hotel due to such problems!
I think Cleartrip has clearly cheated us.
I therefore, request to take a proper action against them. Even if we don’t get the refund, we want this to be happen with none other person.
