Dear Sir,
I am Bhaskar Bagul I just get call from Airtel telecaller (Rupali No : 918446720896) who told me that we have launched new Airtel post paid plan as below :
Deposit : 300 Rs
Monthly rentel : 149
Monthly local call free : 5000
CUG Group calling : unlimited free.
Airtel to airtel : 10 paisa
Airtel To other Mobile : 30 Paisa
STD calling : 50 paisa
I applied for this plan for 2 sim cards. Like me my other friends also applied for this plan and Airtel activated one of the sim card of my friend. But when he do inquiry in customer care about the plan customer care told him that plan is as below :
Deposit : 300 Rs
Monthly rental : 149
Monthly local call free : 150 minutes
CUG Group calling : 5000 minutes
Airtel to Airtel : 30 paisa/minutes
Airtel To other Mobile : 50 Paisa/minutes
STD calling : 1 rs/minutes
So Before activation i called to Rupali and asked to confirm the plan she apologies for giving wrong information. so asked them to not activate this plan and refund all my money 600 rs ( of 2 sim cards) but even informing them they activated both sim cards and and tried to handover it to me. I do not accepted the cards and asked them to refund my money. Even in verification call i told them that you are not giving the plan which has been communicated and asked them for refund. Now i am not getting refund from them and not pickuping my phone as well.
