We reside in koramangala, bangalore and just as anyone routinely order fast food. Dominoes claim that they will deliver their food products within 30 min or its free. quite often we over look if they are a few minutes late. However,the last time we ordered they were beyond one hr late. this was unacceptable as their outlet is a 5 min walk from our place. When we asked them about their 30 min policy, since their pizzas were cold, they put us on hold and later claimed conditions apply. It wasnt raining, there wasnt any traffic to speak of, no festivals …If they cannot walk the talk, why do they advertise so, in the first place.
