Cheating by supplying damaged and different goods than ordered

Dear Sir,
I purchased a fully automatic electric sandwich toaster online from Rediff shopping . The offer displayed on the website showed MRP of Rs. 999 and offer price of Rs. 499. I paid Rs. 587 (499 for toaster + 88 handling and POD charges). Today on 7th February I got the delivery and found that the toaster delivered is different from the one ordered by me and is damaged too. I have the following complaints:
1. The advertisement on the website showed MRP of Rs. 999 whereas the MRP on the box is 475 only.(photo attached)
2. The model of the toaster is different from the one displayed on the website.
3. The signal light of the toaster is damaged.
4. I am calling on the number of contract person of Rediff, Mr. Tarun(9311002527), he is not receiving the call.
Kindly inquire in the matter and instruct company to change the toaster or refund my money.
