I am P HarshaVardhan from hyderabad
I ordered a white dial Giordano watch on 21st july 2012 by paying a sum of 1149 through debit card with order no.5057636019 at www.FUTUREBAZAAR.com.
8days later i received a call from an executive of futurebazaar stating that the watch that you have ordered is not in stock.we will give you a same watch with a black dial and also one apology product. i accepted the deal.
7 days later when the delivery date has reached,i just called the help desk of futurebazaar.Now they are saying that we dont even have a black dial watch and we will refund your money.
Here i do complian of 3 things
1.how can they place the deals with out having the idea about quantity of the product
2.About their negligence i have not received any call regarding this cancellation from their side
3.it has been 14days i have paid my money
