I have ordered product (order no 952016131 ) on 28th august which was faulty so I asked for refund for money of 999 your executive collected order back and received call from your customer care that till 23 of September I will get refund check but still I did not got check .
Also when I spoke with customer care executive she was to arrogant and and she is telling that there is no such request and you are going to deliver product within 2 day
*if we have placed request of refund of money then how become they are sending product , also they do have refund of 7 day policies so why it took more than month also they did not register my complainant, i want to file case against thses homeshop 18 people
