I had purchased an Aquafresh Aqua Grande+ 10 Stage RO Water Purifier from ebay.in on 18th June 2014. During the purchase, I had given a promotional code FIFATECH01 as I was prompted for that offer through a mail from ebay.in. According to the offer I was promised to get a 32gb Sandisk ultra dual usb pendrive as gift, which was told to be dispatched in between July 10 and August 5th of 2014. After August 5th, I have been contacting ebay customer service in every 3-4 days for an update regarding their gift dispatch. Every time I call or chat them, they promise (fool) me by saying I will get a mail in 24 hours or 72 hours with an update about the gift dispatch. Now I am fed up calling them. Now, I actually want to cancel the purchase I made from them and I am ready to return the product which I purchased from ebay.in. It was a mistake that as a customer I trusted ebay. I would be pleased if I get my Rs. 7,740/- which I spent for the purchase of Aquafresh Aqua Grande+ 10 Stage RO Water Purifier.
