Name of company/service: Sona Water Solutions/ kent service centre
Sonata Water Solutions replaced one vontro membrane of my kent water purifier and chaged more than 3 times of the actual value of the parts.( Actual value Rs. 560 verified from dealer and they charged 1850 and 225 service charge) when i asked to refund my money. They are saying that is their policy. They charged more beacuse of 1 yr warranty. When I asked them to return balance amount as I dont want warranty. They are saying it is there poilcy and they cannt money back. Please let me know how to get balance money back.
