Location/place: Kollam, Kerala.
Three days before I had made a deal with one Mr. Jagdish K, that he will sell a samsung Galaxy S2 Phone to me for Rs 14,000/- . As per the deal I paid the half amount in advance and the remaining after receiving the copy of the way bill.
But I didn’t get the consignment yet , or I cant track it till now. I think that he cheated me.

Hope a immediate action. plz urgue my complaint.
