Cheating by Online Purchase

Dear Concern,

Please be informed that I have placed a order on 21/07/2014 through www.indiashoppe.com(One Inkfriut flip flop and two adani combo pack). My order no is 52213. I am following for the same order since more than one month but still waiting for my product.

When I talked to customer support executive Ms Salma, she said that Inkfruit product is not in stock so I have to wait for only this week since last month and when another boy picks the phone up his wording is totally different. He said that Adani Combo Pack is not in stock.

After waiting for one and half month they are saying the amount will be refunded and place same order and it will be delivered within 10 days. They are not trying to conveyance me to get back refund. I am unable to understand that what is policy we cannot receive our previous order but can get new placed. Just because of this the same product I ordered was in offer and I saved Rs 500.

If company is not able to delivered product on offer why the flash the offer on site. Customer support system of Indiashoppe is totally waste of time.

Kindly do the needful asap.

    I ordered for flyingmachine V neck tshirt from http://www.bagittoday.com. I paid Rs.499/-.on April 12th 2014.But I received a wrong product after one month. Called them and informed them about the wrong product. They asked me to wait for one to two days for arranging a pick up for the wrong product. But no one came for pick up. I called them and got the address and sent the wrong product. Called them and informed them. I requested for the refund along with the courier charges. They asked me to send photo copy of the courier slip. I emailed the photo copy of courier to the email address which they given to me over the phone. Am still waiting for the refund daily am calling them to know the status ne the refund. Always they are telling that it will be refunded within 7 to 10 business days. But I never got my refund till now. Please help me to get my refund of Rs.499/- along with my courier charges.
