Hi, I had requested for my tata photon plus no. 9216102771 deactivation but somebody from retention team of Tata Docomo called me on my mobile no. 9050005300 in June 2012 that we are offering you one month free internet access and if you will still not satisfied then you can ask us again for deactivation. I had asked that executive several times to deactivate but he told me that we are offering you totally free for one month only and thereafter you can go for deactivation. I already told him that I won’t pay any amount for this month while he told that you wont be charged for this period but now I have received an eBill from Tata Docomo for this period of Rs. 506. Also the recordings may be available with Tata Docomo that can be cross checked. I am not going to pay the complete billed amount for this month and want the discount that they offered me.
