Dear Sir,
I have ordered three sets of nicer dicer from tvteleshopping order booked at www.onlinenicerdicer.com vide order no T03130705 on 25/03/13 (with Cash on Delivery facility) each set to be
contained Two bowls,two lids,two blades,one peeler and a recipe booklet as promised by their representative but they cheated us and delivered the different item named flora fruit cutter which
contains one lid,one bowl and two blades only.The price for nicer dicer I paid 2202/-(3sets each costs 699/- total 2097/- plus VPP charge 105/-). On opening the product I find three sets of flora
fruit cutter in stead of nicer dicer which is quite cheaper than the paid prices as on its cover the price printed by the manufacturer comapany erased by this vender company tvteleshopping.Also
they promised to send the bill of the item along with the product inside the pack but didn’t send,also on requesting them they denied to send the same.Also on talking with their representative she
give explanation as they didn’t have the same product Nicer dicer at theirs while at their website still the product nicer dicer is available till date is showing and advertising which you can
view on their websites the links are “http://www.onlinenicerdicer.com/” or ” http://www.tvteleshopping.in/ViewProductDetails.aspx?ProductId=1037 “,even also not a single times they didn’t inform
that they are sending the different one i.e flora fruit cutter in stead of nicer dicer.Also there is no where flora fruit cutter name displayed on their websites as mentioned above nor at the time
of booking they mention about this flora fruit cutter in stead mention nicer dicer which you can also confirm just talking on the no 9910629093 on which i have placed my order of three sets of
nicer dicer.
Sir we are residing in very remote place and on viewing this product on their website ,we three friends purchased three sets by VPP but unfortunately received the duplicate one.
The company is a fraud and cheater as several times I have talked to them regarding sending the rest items as one more bowl,one peeler,recipe booklet and one more lid in each set as per the order
.As they didn’t send me the bill only I have the message of the order as sent by them with me only as a proof.
I am requesting to do the needful in our favor so that we can get back our original ordered as promised by the company item nicer dicer or the
missing accessories in each set at the earliest or refund of the excess amount that they have taken from us by cheating and sending us the duplicate cheap item as compared to the ordered price
699/- for each item.
