This is my no, 918553262677, and the problem i’m facing is tat i did a wrong recharge 48 instead of 40 for daily free msg’s and net.
I called C.care, they said “Sir, recharge again for 40, and we will refund this 48 rs to your main balance, with the tax deduction, it’ll be done within 4 hours”.
I recharged again for 40 rs… But they didnt do, again i called, they said, “It’ll be done by night sir” Again they didnt do it…
Morning again i called, they said “Sir, you recharged only for 40 rs, you didnt recharged for 48 rs..”
What is this..? This is the way you u people help..? Where did my 48 rs gone..?
