cheating of yatra in cancellation of tickets

I have booked tickets from chennai to goa and goa to bangalore using yatra and its refference numbers are 16031211286 and 16031211309.I could not travel so I cancelled my tickets with respective airlines individually on my own.spicejet took a cancellation charge of 950 and transfered the amount to yatra,similarly Air India took a charge of 800 and transfered it to yatra.Yatra is charging me additionally RS 300 per ticket instead of returning my money directly.
