Cheating of Public by way of personal loan

Location/place: HYDERABAD

Name of company/service: Mahindra Group, Ghanta Ghar , Harinagar, New Delhi

The mentioned company is cheating public by giving adds in the Deccan Chronicle paper that they will give personal loans within 5 days , no guarantor no legal fees, but when public approaches them they are asking them to deposit legal fees of Rs.5200/-, they are saying if they can deposit this immediately they will give loan of Rs.2,00,000/- , after depositing the above amount, they are saying they need Solvancy Certificate for that they need 20,000/-. I request Govt. to take action against such companies and not to entertain such adds in the paper.
