Name of company/service: Classic Automotives
I had bought a TATA Indica V2 LSI Nov, 2003 model from Classic Automotives, whitefield branch on August, 2011.At the time of buying the car’s odometer reading was 47,000 KM.But last week when I have taken the vehicle for servicing at an authorized service center, I came to know that the car had already crossed 1,00,000 KM before selling the vehicle to me. Now, I have incurred more that 11,000 rs. on maintenance of the vehicle and nobody is taking the ownership of the issue from their side. This is a plain case of fraud and cheating. Stringent action should be taken against Classic Automotives to get my money back. Pathetic and worst customer service really !!!
