DTDC has become a notorious company which takes your money when you send a courier and then you have to wait for weeks and weeks for follow up.
It is a shame that if the company fails to deliver the courier,why they do not intimate us(they have taken money to provide this service).The staff of DTDC is inefficient and unable to address the problems of customers which are created by them only.I sent a courier through DTDC to my kid and there is no news of it.Their nos are forever busy and the agent who booked the courier has no answers for this.Similarly,my husband’ sister sent a courier which we have not received till date despite of requesting the delivery boy so many times.Instead he misbehaved with us and hung up.
Such sad is the state of dtdc that consumers are being cheaten daily by such companies.
