Dear Sir/Madam,
1) I had made a call to Airtel Digital TV Care Delhi to register my request for a technician in order to install the Airtel Digital TV at my residence on 13 Apr 2012. However, the care asked me to recharge my Digital Tv Account with minimum Rs 200 and then made the request. I did the same. Recharge transection ID was 24281363. But Airtel Digital TV care neither register my request nor send any technician for the purpose.
(2)I had made the same request on 12 Jun 2013 (after more than one year)Airtel Digital TV care Delhi. Mr Pankaj, a staff of the said office asked me to recharge my digital TV account minimum with Rs 200 for he needs active TV account to register the request. I did the same and asked him for the request registration but he cheated me stating that the request registration number will be sent through SMS on my mobile as I have not received the same after 12 hrs.
Lastly, my Airtel Digital TV customer ID is 3009449094.
